Pastoral Care Update

At this time we are not conducting pastoral visitation in the same way that we have in the past. We stopped visitation in mid-March when the pandemic hit the United States. Given the significant worsening of the pandemic in our state and county since that time, it seems prudent to continue such a policy until the numbers improve in order to avoid community spread. We understand that this may be a hardship for some.

If you or your loved ones would like pastoral visitation and are able to make provision for a ‘socially-distanced’ visit, or if you are in any need of assistance, please contact our Vestry Pastoral Care representatives, Dane Reid and Amy St. Peter.  You may also contact our parish administrator, Susie Harris (admin@holytrinityfay.org or 910-484-2134), to request a visit. Given the extensive cleaning and sanitization process involved in our Eucharistic celebrations, we will not be distributing the consecrated Eucharist during such visits.

The Pastoral Care Team is also creating a list of parishioners who would be willing to pick up groceries or do other essential errands for members of our church family who may not be able to get out. Please email pastoralcarehtfay@gmail.com to sign up.
