Holy Trinity's stewardship campaign is happening this October. Please join us in praying for the financial health of our congregation and consider how you can support this church and its ministry. Pledge cards can be picked up in the narthex, or you can fill them out online beginning October 1, 2025. If you have questions, reach out to Nan Fiebig, Laura Hakala, or Susannah Skiver Barton. Thank you for the gifts you share!

January 2026

MILITARY SOCIAL HOUR

Join us for a laid-back evening that’s all about good vibes! We’ll crack open some cold brews, share laughs, and chat about everything from the latest binge-worthy shows to the quirkiest stories from life in the military. Plus, we’ll dig into some delicious food together! This monthly hangout is open to everyone connected to the military and anyone who wants to show support for our active duty members, veterans, and their families. Bring your stories and your appetite—let's make some great memories together! Cheers!

DISTRICT HOUSE OF TAPS is located at 1240 Fort Bragg Road. Less than 1/2 mile from Holy Trinity.

FEBRUARY 2026

FORMATION INVITATION!

We're creating a welcoming space for anyone exploring what it means to be Episcopal -- whether you're brand new, rediscovering faith after years away, or have been in the pews (or chairs) for decades but still have questions.

Episcopal 101: A Monthly Formation Conversation

Starting February 1 | First Sundays* at 9:00am | Parish Hall

*Easter is the first Sunday of April, so this one may be moved.

What to Expect:

This isn't a lecture series or a class where you'll fall behind if you miss a week. Think of it as a monthly gathering where honest questions are welcomed, diverse experiences are valued, and curiosity leads the way.

The Format:

We'll use a "fishbowl" conversation style. Clergy and guests will begin with a live discussion on the topic while you listen in. Then the floor opens to everyone -- your questions, reflections, and insights shape where the conversation goes. Over time, we'll invite participants with different backgrounds and perspectives into the fishbowl to share what they're wondering about.

Who Should Come?

Newcomers exploring the Episcopal tradition for the first time

Long-time Episcopalians with questions you've never felt comfortable asking

Anyone curious about Christianity but uncertain where you fit

Those considering baptism, confirmation, or reception

People carrying mixed or complicated experiences with church

Anyone wondering what faith might look like in this season of life

You belong here if you're asking questions, seeking understanding, or simply listening.

What We'll Explore:

Throughout the year, we'll prayerfully engage topics like:

Episcopal church basics – What makes us Episcopalian?

Scripture, tradition, and reason – How we understand faith and authority

Baptism, Eucharist, and common life – The sacraments and rhythms of the church

Church structure and leadership – How decisions are made and who leads

The liturgical year – Seasons, feasts, and saints that shape our worship

Big-picture theology – Core beliefs and how we hold them together

We want to hear your questions too. What are you wrestling with? Confused by? Longing to understand better? You can submit questions in advance -- by topic or anonymously -- and we'll weave them into upcoming sessions.

Come As You Are

Come once. Come every month. Come quietly and just listen. Bring your curiosity, your doubts, your hopes, or simply yourself.

Prayer, curiosity, and honest conversation are all you need to begin.

Questions? Want to submit a topic in advance? Comment here or email the church!

An Important Announcement from Holy Trinity

We at Holy Trinity are filled with gratitude for the abundant blessings we have received, and we are committed to being transparent about our financial journey. We warmly invite you to join us on Sunday, January 25, 2026, for our Annual Business Meeting, which will take place right after the 10:30 a.m. liturgy.

This is an opportunity to engage with the Finance Committee and Vestry as they offer an enlightening discussion on the 2026 budget and address any questions you might have. Please note this special date and join us in shaping our future together!

If you are involved with Sunday School, Youth, or a Vestry Member, please check your inboxes for an invitation to begin your safe church training. Invitations to other ministry volunteers will be sent out in August.

The Stewardship Committee focuses on the creation, care, and connection of God's gifts to our parish. This includes creating sustainability by identifying parishioners' spiritual gifts, connecting people and ministries, and educating them about financial giving. If interested, please call the office at (910)484-2134 or email admin@htechurch.org.
